Free shipping on all orders over €100

Your package will be shipped from the Wisetek Market facility in Ireland within 48 hours of placing your order or next business day for weekend orders. 

We currently ship orders to the following countries: Ireland,  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

For shipments to the UK, customers will pay for estimated duties and taxes at checkout, and Wisetek Market will make sure order is delivered to you with no extra fees. 


EU and UK - You will receive your package 3-5 working days from shipment.

  • Does not include customs clearance where applicable
  • Fluid situation in some countries due to Covid-19 - some countries may have more impact than other at different stages so there may be service adjustments
  • Outlying areas in some countries may take a day longer



Wisetek Market offers a 30-day right to return in case you are not 100% satisfied with the item you purchased. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving it. 

How to return your product

Should you wish to return a product for repair, replacement or refund, please follow the below instructions:

1. Go to

2. Fill in the contact form outlining your reason(s) for requesting a return or repair

3. Repack the device back into its original packaging or in a secure package.

4. If you are returning your item within the 30-day return period, use the DHL shipping label provided in your package.

  • If you are returning your item outside of the 30-day return period, you will receive your DHL shipping label from us via email. You must print this label.

5. Schedule a pickup with DHL

  • Select Schedule a Pickup
  • Select No to creating a shipping label as you will already have one
  • Select I have a DHL Waybill Number
  • Enter your mobile number and the Waybill Number found on your shipping label
  • Select Next
  • Fill in the weights and dimensions if this information is available to you
  • Select a date and a time frame for the pickup
  • Select Schedule a Pickup. You have successfully scheduled a pickup.

6. DHL will collect the shipping box at the agreed date and time

7. Once we receive your item, we will review it, then proceed to either refund or replace your order depending on your request. 

8. In the case of a refund: From the day we receive your item at our facilities, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reach your bank account. 

9. In the case of a repair or a replacement: From the day we receive your item at our facilities, please allow up to 5 business days before we ship your order back to you. 

Returns Policy

All items include a 30-day free returns period.

If your item arrives and it not working as intended, please notify us immediately at or fill out the contact form. Please do not let the time lapse as items outside the 30 days will have to be reviewed as part of your warranty.  

If you happen to purchase an item in error, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid dispatch. If you have ordered the incorrect item, we will accept the return, provided you pay the return shipping costs.

  • All items (excl. accessories) are pre-owned. All items fall under 1 of 5 condition categories. See conditions guide.
  • Once you receive the goods, we would ask you to inspect them. Notify us within 7 days if there are any issues.
  • Your free 30-day returns expire 30 days after the day you received your product. If this period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.
  • You have 30 days to notify us should you wish to cancel and then a further 30 days to return the products.
  • We will process the refund when we have proof that the items have been sent back.
  • Items being returned under the free 30 day returns period must be in their original packaging and undamaged packaging.
  • Returns will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
  • While the items are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of the product.
